The questions sellers ask before switching 3PL — answered plainly, with numbers.
Some of your products come back as "unsellable" — customer returns, warranty cases, damaged packaging, failed FBA inspection. Instead of shipping them back to your HQ or the manufacturer, you route them to us. We receive each unit, inspect and sort it, restore it to like-new condition, then ship it back to Amazon FBA, another sales channel, or directly to your shopper. The loop closes inside one warehouse.
We handle virtually any mid-size consumer goods: consumer electronics and 3C, apparel and clothing, footwear, kitchen and household appliances, accessories, small furniture and smart-home devices. Larger-item handling is on our roadmap — if your category is unusual, ask us and we will tell you honestly whether we can recover it well.
Just contact us with the details of the items and the services you need — category, condition, monthly volume and your acceptance rules. Because pricing is per-unit and service-dependent, a five-minute description lets us give you a real number rather than a vague range.
No — our prices are not fixed. The fee depends directly on the product type and the exact services required, from a quick repack ($2/unit) up to full refurbishment plus repair ($18/unit). You only pay for the steps a given unit actually needs.
Full transparency. Clients can follow a product through any stage (received / in process / shipped), view each repair step with photos, and — when serial numbers are provided — track the refurbishment status and invoice progress of each individual order by serial. Nothing happens to a unit without a record you can open.
Two easy ways. First, set our warehouse address as the return address in Amazon Seller Central (or another platform/WMS) — we then receive your returns as they trickle in and process them automatically. Second, you can batch-ship a consignment of products that need refurbishment directly to us.
Yes. We provide the full range of services any 3PL does, including shipping refurbished goods directly to end customers under whatever conditions you specify — dropshipping, FBA replenishment, or B2B.
Most 3PLs receive returns and forward them — receive, stack, forward. RefurbishBox closes the loop: we genuinely refurbish each returned unit and put it back into sellable condition. Refurbishment is our core craft, not a checkbox add-on — three years of operation with a 100% QA-audit record and no negative quality reviews.
US-West (Pomona, CA), US-East (Warminster, PA), an EU center in Poland and a Moscow fulfillment hub, with service coverage extending through Belarus and Kazakhstan — so your stock and your returns stay close to your shoppers.
Every unit gets 30 days of free storage from the moment we receive it, for the entire duration of our cooperation — not a one-time bonus. After that, billing is per-unit by actual volume: exact, never an estimated or rounded-up pallet charge.
Yes. We run native two-way connectors for the major Chinese ERPs your team already uses — Mabang, Lingxing, Eccang — plus an Open REST API for any other system. Our WMS itself is free with every account, and onboarding takes days, not quarters.
Each unit is graded A–D. A is resale-ready, B needs minor refurbishment, C goes to open-box or liquidation channels with a full photo record, and D is responsibly recycled — components and packaging diverted from landfill rather than dumped. You see the grade and decision for every unit.
