Most 3PLs receive your returns and forward them. We close the loop: inspect, test, clean, repair, repackage and re-photograph — so returned items go back on the shelf at up to 100% resale value, not the landfill.
A typical 3PL “returns service” stops at receiving and a glance at the outer box. We run the full recovery process on every unit, against your acceptance rules: inspect condition, test functions, clean, repair or replace accessories, repackage to spec, and re-photograph with a condition record in your WMS.
We follow your acceptance criteria, your repackaging spec and your photo protocol — not a generic checklist. You set the bar; we hit it on every unit and log the result.
3C and consumer electronics, accessories, apparel and clothing, footwear, small furniture, household appliances and smart-home devices — exactly the categories where return rates are highest and recovered value matters most. If you sell it, we can almost certainly refurbish it.

Every return is graded and routed accordingly — you see the photo, the grade and the unit in your dashboard before the inspector finishes their coffee.

Brand-new, barcoded stock is easy. Real customer returns are the opposite — often unlabelled, with loose accessories, identified by hand. Because of that manual work, very occasionally a miss can happen on our side; we own that openly. The more product data, SKUs, photos and acceptance rules you share up front, the lower the chance of error — and in practice the result is excellent: three years with a 100% QA-audit record.
